Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs
The cost of the return shipping label is the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 10 days for us to inspect the item and issue your refund. Note that it might take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For damaged items, please send us a video as soon as possible so we can address the issue promptly.

Exchanges
For the quickest way to get the item you want, return the item you have and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
